I’m Nick Laney and I grew up right here in Loveland and Berthoud. My wife Lynzee and I live in Milliken now with our 3 amazing children, and my oldest daughter is living in Windsor.

I started my construction career in high school, working summers for my Uncle’s Electrical Contracting Company, and after graduation joined his crew full time. After a few years as an Electrician, I decided to branch out and start my own handyman service. That led to an opportunity to apprentice under a Master Tile Setter and learn a second trade. I switched my emphasis to tile and flooring for the next couple years before taking on small, and then larger remodels.

Finally, now as a Licensed General Contractor, I am taking on all projects big and small.

With the help of my beautiful wife, we aim to change the perception that clients have of General Contractors. I know that people worry about fly-by-night companies and subpar standards. We grew up in Northern Colorado and plan to raise our family and continue to build our future here. I have worked my entire career to tune my attention to detail and build relationships with my clients. I take great pride on exceeding expectations on every project we take on.
